The Opportunity
Innovate and Lead – In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of water infrastructure design and construction, collaborating on transformative projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible. Based in our Vancouver Howe Street office, you’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams in delivering pump station, reservoir, and intake/outlet infrastructure projects that shape communities and enhance sustainability.
Your Impact
Lead the design and contract management of municipal water and wastewater pump stations, reservoirs, and intake/outlet infrastructure.
Deliver planning, feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed designs, and constructability assessments for high-profile projects.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
Mentor and support design teams, fostering innovation and integrated 3D design practices.
Engage directly with clients and approval agencies, building trusted relationships and driving project success.
Champion digital innovation and future-ready solutions in water and wastewater infrastructure.
The Skills That Set You Apart
10+ years of experience in civil or mechanical engineering for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is an asset.
Professional Engineer designation or eligibility for registration with EGBC.
Proven track record managing and delivering complex municipal water projects.
Expertise in pump station, reservoir, and bulk water pipeline design and construction.
Strong financial acumen for project budgeting and reporting.
Ability to lead teams and mentor junior engineers while fostering collaboration and innovation.

Compensation
BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $122,900 – $162,800
MB & ON: $112,100 – $154,400
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $111,000 – $147,400
