Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Technical Program Manager specializing in FinOps to lead cloud cost optimization efforts across AWS and Azure platforms by defining and executing a comprehensive cost management strategy aligned to business growth objectives. Responsibilities include tracking and reporting on savings initiatives, forecasting spend trends, and partnering closely with Finance, Cost Analysts, and subject matter experts to ensure budgets and forecasts remain accurate and aligned. The role drives transparency through consolidated reporting, chargeback/showback models, and clear, accessible documentation, while continuously identifying opportunities to reduce waste and optimize cloud usage. Acting as a central coordinator across technology and business teams, this position manages dependencies, risks, and integration plans to ensure smooth execution and sustained impact, while ensuring all cost‑saving initiatives support broader strategic priorities.

5+ years as project/ program manager
Experience analyzing cloud usage and how to be cost effective
FinOps experience
Experience working cross functionally across technical, infrastructure and FinOps ( accounting, billing,etc) teams
Jira and Confluence
AWS and AZURE Experience automating workload
OCI and GCP experience
FinOps Certification (FOCP)
