Skills and Requirements
5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting digital, mobile, or eCommerce initiatives, including medium to large-scale projects
Strong experience gathering and articulating functional and experience requirements, including alignment to acceptance criteria
Hands-on experience working with Agile teams and tools such as Jira and Confluence - Experience translating business strategy into product or feature roadmaps
Background working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
Proven ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints while keeping the end-user experience front and center
