Insight Global Administrative Support Associate - Tax in Vancouver, British Columbia
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a wealth management client in Vancouver deal with high volume during tax season. This contract role will focus primarily on tax package preparation for clients (both digital and hardcopy), with some additional general office and administrative support as needed.
This position is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and a quick learner, even without formal tax or financial knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble client tax packages (digital and physical)
Sort, organize, and compile tax-related documents for clients
Assist with document management and organization for tax season
Work within Dataphile to support tax package preparation
Use Adobe Acrobat to manage PDFs (including password-protecting documents)
Provide general office and administrative support as needed
