Position Summary:The General Maintenance Technician II completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs.
Pay: $28.50 per hour.
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary basedon applicants experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Schedule: These positions are on a 12-hour, rotating shift, schedule. Below is the shift we are hiring for:
- 3rd Shift: 6:00 pm - 6:30 am

Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
No experience required and on the job training provided
No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- A valid State Driver's License is required (MVR Check is Required)
- 4-11 Years of experience as a General Maintenance Technician
- Basic knowledge of proper use of power tools, hand tools.
- Recognize various hardware parts and methods of repair for related tasks.
- Must possess organizational skills.
- Must be able to perform unsupervised.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
- Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary
- Basic ability to perform tasks such as:
- Replacing faucets, unclogging drains, simple fixture installations
- Patching drywall, small touch-up painting
- Replacing sections of flooring (e.g., tile)
- Assisting with roof repairs (small leaks)
- Minor general repairs (door adjustments, tightening fixtures, clearing drains)
