Van Wert County Job & Family Services Child Support Enforcement Agency are seeking applicants for an open part-time (20- hours per week) Account Clerk 2 position. Hours would be 12:30-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Applicants must possess excellent customer services skills and communication skills, computer experience, and have the ability to multi-task. Starting rate is $16.50 per hour. High School Diploma or GED required. Previous clerical and customer service experience preferred.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Providing customer service by assisting customers with completing forms and understanding agency processes over the phone and in person.
- Interviews customers and processes new cases through application and referral reports.
- Assist customers by taking incoming telephone calls and taking appropriate action or referring to the child support case manager.
- This position provides ongoing clerical support to the case managers in the department.
