TAD PGS, Inc. Facilities Technician in Van Nuys, California
We have an outstanding Contract position for aFacilities Technicianto join a leading Company located in theVan Nuys, CAsurrounding area.
Pay Rate: $25
US Citizenship is required.
Responsibilities :
Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, routine task-related activities.
Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair , and calibration .
Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher-level technicians.
Uses experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.
Advise the manager of preventative maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.
Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Hiring Criteria :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.
Must work safely on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
Must be flexible to work overtime, on-call, and weekends, as required.
Desired Qualifications :
Any technical training certifications or AA/AS degree.
HVAC knowledge and previous experience in case there are any HVAC issues.
