SUBSTITUTE ASSOCIATE / PARA - INFORMATION
Preferred but not required: Associate certificate from the AEA
Substitute Associates may be expected to assist students in all areas - self-help, play skills, language, social development, motor or physical assistance, peer interactions, recess, all academics, bus, feeding, toileting, etc...
Each substitute Associate must have on file in the Central Administration Office:
Trainings - please work with Melisa Venneman in Central Office for all required training, physical examination requirements, signature on specific board policies, etc..
Completed application through Frontline Benton's Recruiting and Hiring System
Physical examination form. Required for all employees for placement on active substitute list; to be updated everythree years at a cost to be borne by the employee.
Clean returned background check and fingerprinting.
Wage:
Special Education Sub Associate - $14.00/hour
Regular Education Sub Associate - $14.00
