Aerotek General Laborer 16-18hr in Valparaiso, Indiana
What You’ll Do
As an Assembler, you are the final hand in ensuring our products are mission-ready. You’ll be:
The Builder: Using power tools, drill machines, and presses to transform raw parts into finished goods.
The Expert: Following detailed blueprints and work instructions to ensure every bolt and label is perfect.
The Quality Control: Inspecting parts and testing fixtures to ensure everything meets our high standards.
The Tech-Savvy Maker: Using computers to track inventory and prep your station for the next big build.
What You Bring to the Table
Hands-on Skill: You’re a pro with hand/power tools and have experience in mechanical assembly.
Strength & Stamina: You’re comfortable standing for your shift and can reliably lift throughout the day
Eagle Eye: You have a sharp eye for detail and a "do it right the first time" attitude.
Experience: Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred. (Bonus points if you can read blueprints!)

You’ll work in a clean, organized facility alongside a team that values community outreach and first responder partnerships. Our schedule is built for those who love to stay busy—expect 2 hours of mandatory daily OT (your choice to work it before or after your shift) to help us meet our goals, with optional Saturdays for those looking to maximize their paycheck.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valparaiso, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
