Actalent Mid To Sr Level Electrical Engineer in Valley View, Ohio
Job Title: Electrical Engineer
This role is focused on large-scale power systems (think utility / substation / switchgear–level work, not PLCs or PCB design). You’d be involved in electrical load design, interpreting one-lines and customer specs, supporting engineered proposals, and working closely with assembly and field teams through build, test, and startup.
Quick highlights:
Comp: $100–105k (Intermediate) or $120K–145k (Senior)
Bonus: 7–10% + profit sharing + production bonus potential
Location: Local to Cleveland / Independence area

What they’re looking for:
BSEE
3+ years in electromechanical / OEM electrical design
Experience with power generation, distribution, or protection systems
Industrial equipment background
Exposure to UL, CSA, NEC (nice to have)
Note: This is not a fit for PLC programming, analog-heavy controls, or PCB design—this is truly large-scale electrical power design.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $63.00/hr.
