Prepare and cook authentic Chinese cuisine using local ingredients using woks, steamers and Chinese cooking utensils for traditional Chinese recipes such as Gongbao Chicken, Yuxiang Pork, Mapo Tofu, Spicy Fish, Yangzhou Fried Rice, and Lo Mein. Follow food and restaurant safety standards and guidelines. Maintain accurate food inventories and properly store food items at appropriate temperatures. Rotate stock items as per established procedures and restock kitchen for next day's cooking. Ensure that the food preparation area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of the shift. Minimum 24 months of experience as Chinese Specialty Cook is required. Knowledge of Chinese Cuisine Recipes is required.
