Job Title: CNC Swiss Operator
Job Description
As a CNC Swiss Operator, you will be responsible for operating Swiss CNC machines on the first shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. This role is crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality, precision hydraulic components.
Responsibilities
Operate Swiss CNC machines efficiently and accurately.
Load raw materials and monitor machine cycles for quality and efficiency.
Maintain tight tolerances on small, complex components.
Inspect parts using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and optical comparators.
Verify conformance to engineering drawings, quality standards, and customer specifications.
Clean and maintain machines to ensure optimal performance.
Follow all work instructions, job travelers, and process sheets.
Document production data, inspection results, and machine adjustments.
Essential Skills
Experience in Swiss or lathe operation.
Proficiency in quality inspection using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and comparators.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with set-ups.
Knowledge of G+M Code.
Experience with Citizen Swiss machines.

Work Environment
The work environment consists of a temperature-controlled, clean, and well-lit facility with five buildings on campus. The company manufactures precision hydraulic components and assemblies for the agricultural, automotive, and heavy industry markets.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valley City, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $52000.00/hr.
