Hyatt Corporation dba Park Hyatt Beaver Creek and Grand Hyatt Vail seeks 10 Temporary, full-time Front Office Associates in Eagle County, CO from 07/01/2026 -- 03/31/2027 to complete the guest registration process, communication of hotel services and amenities, and handling of payment transactions. Offer warm and sincere welcome/farewell for all guests and assist them with general hotel information; Provide information on hotel amenities, promotions, and local attractions; Process guest payments and maintain accurate records; Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly; Collaborate with other department to ensure a seamless guest experience; Maintain accurate records of room availability; and Maintain discretion and security for the hotel and guests. Must be at least 18 years old. Previous Customer Service Experience. Proficient in spoken English and written English. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Scheduled Sunday - Saturday 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm - 11:00 pm or 11:00pm -- 07:00am with 1-2 days off per week. May be required to work overnight shift, weekends and overtime. Paid bi-weekly, wages calculated each workweek. Workers will be paid no less than $19.79/hour. Overtime will be paid at no less than $26.69/hour. Worksites: 1300 Westhaven Dr, Vail, CO, or 50 W. Thomas Pl., Avon, CO.
Employer will make all State/Federal deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law. All deductions will be FLSA-compliant. On-the-job training provided. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Will assist workers in securing board, lodging, or other facilities. Discounted bus pass provided if worker requires daily transportation to/from worksite. Cost will be deducted from paycheck if purchased by employee. Daily meal provided during shift. Employer will reimburse H-2B workers in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (excluding passport expenses and other charges that primarily benefit the worker). Employer will reimburse the costs of inbound and outbound transportation equal to the costs charged by the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved, if the worker completes half of the employment period. In addition, employer will reimburse a daily subsistence rate (to cover meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) for the employee's travel to the place of employment, if the worker completes half of the employment period. The cost of outbound transportation will be reimbursed equal to the costs charged by the most economical and reasonable common carrier back to the place from which the worker departed to work for the employer, if the worker completes half of the employment period. Daily subsistence will be at least $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68 per day with receipts of actual expenses. The reimbursement will be provided by separate check. Employer will provide return transportation and daily subsistence reimbursement if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
