Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Windows user applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Maintain the codebase and refactor old codebases to C# and .NET
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software engineering.
Extensive experience developing Windows user applications.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
Strong knowledge of MS SQL.
Basic knowledge of power transformers (advantageous).
Experience with FORTRAN and VB (advantageous).
Experience working with different ERP systems (advantageous).
Experience in the power engineering industry (advantageous).
Languages:
Fluent in English and German.
Knowledge of French is an advantage.
