Job Description
Role Overview
The Delivery Manager – AI Office is responsible for end-to-end delivery of AI enabled initiatives across Fluor’s EPC and enterprise IT landscape. This role leads build vs. buy decision-making, EPC + IT program execution, and business case development while partnering closely with business department heads to identify, shape, and deliver high value digital and AI solutions. The role combines program delivery, business analysis, value engineering, and financial governance to ensure measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of AI and digital initiatives across EPC projects and enterprise IT portfolios from concept through deployment and value realization
Own build vs. buy evaluations, including technical feasibility, cost, risk, scalability, and long‑term support considerations
Act as EPC + IT Project Manager, integrating engineering, procurement, construction, and digital workstreams
Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and digital enablement across business units
Develop and present business cases, including scope definition, benefits quantification, cost models, ROI, and risk assessment
Collaborate with and influence business department heads to generate, prioritize, and sponsor new AI and digital initiatives
Drive value engineering, ensuring solutions deliver optimal cost, performance, and business impact
Establish and track value realization metrics, benefits tracking, and post‑implementation reviews
Manage costing, budgets, forecasts, and financial controls for AI and digital programs
Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, IT, PMO, Finance, Procurement, HSE) and external vendors/partners
Ensure adherence to Fluor standards for HSE, quality, cybersecurity, data privacy, and governance
Provide clear executive‑level reporting on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and value outcomes
Basic Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
10–15 years of progressive experience in IT, digital, or engineering program delivery
Minimum 5 years managing complex, cross functional programs in EPC or large enterprise environments
Proven experience delivering IT and digital programs within EPC or capital project environments
Strong background in project / program management, including budget and schedule accountability
Handson experience with business case development, financial modeling, and cost benefit analysis
Demonstrated ability to work with senior business leaders and influence decision making
Solid understanding of AI, data, analytics, and digital platforms in an enterprise context
Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and commercial contracts

Preferred Qualifications
MBA in Business, Technology Management from a reputed institute.
Experience supporting AI, automation, advanced analytics, or digital transformation offices
EPC experience across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, or operations
Experience with value engineering and benefits realization frameworks
PMP / PgMP / Agile certifications preferred
