NY1558782 Construction Laborer II (Skilled Crew Member) Reports to: Crew Lead or Site Supervisor
Position Summary The Construction Laborer II performs hands-on production work across interior and exterior projects. This role requires practical tool knowledge, jobsite awareness, and the ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently with limited supervision while maintaining Company standards and professionalism.
Primary Responsibilities Perform construction tasks including demolition, framing support, installation work, site preparation, and finishing assistance Safely operate hand and power tools appropriate to experience level Maintain workmanship quality and efficient material usage Assist with layout, measurements, and material handling Participate in authorized material runs and properly document receipts Accurately track work hours, travel time, and assigned driving

Minimum Qualifications Prior construction experience preferred Demonstrated reliability and skill appropriate to the assigned pay tier Ability to follow scope notes, plans, and verbal instructions
