Upstate Caring Partners is seeking a Community Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-level applied behavior analysis (ABA) expertise across home, school, and community settings. This outward-facing role focuses on building strong collaborative partnerships and designing sustainable, evidence-based interventions that support individuals with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities.
The Community BCBA serves as a subject-matter expert and consultant, strengthening community capacity through training, systems-level consultation, and program development. This position requires the ability to navigate complex systems, influence practice across multiple environments, and ensure high-quality, person-centered outcomes grounded in best practices.

Core Responsibilities
Conduct and supervise behavioral assessments and treatment plans.
Develop individualized goals and behavior support plans across home, community, and center-based settings.
Train and support staff in implementing educational and clinical behavior programs.
Oversee data collection systems and ensure fidelity of implementation.
Provide supervision and mentorship to staff or interns pursuing BCBA or RBT certification
Champion a culture of compassion, inclusion, and excellence.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field (Doctorate preferred).
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required; NYS License in Behavior Analysis preferred.
Minimum of 3–5 years of applied behavior analysis experience, including consultation and systems-level work
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Valid NYS Driver’s License (or willingness to obtain).
