The Sr. Manager, Professional Services Sales role is a senior revenue position responsible for driving Professional Services pipeline, bookings, and strategic services attachment across new and existing enterprise accounts. You will partner with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Professional Services Delivery leaders to position Automation Anywhere's services portfolio as a core component of transformational automation programs — ensuring clients achieve measurable business outcomes at speed and scale.
You will make an impact by being responsible for:
Professional Services Revenue Generation & Pipeline Development
Owning and driving professional Services bookings targets across a defined North America territory or vertical segment
Identifying, qualifying, and closing Professional Services opportunities including implementation services, Ignite engagements, managed services, and outcome-based delivery programs
Building and maintaining a healthy Professional Services pipeline by partnering closely with field sales, channel, and alliances teams
Developing Professional Services-specific account plans aligned to customer automation roadmap and business priorities
Solution Positioning & Value Selling
Positioning Automation Anywhere's Professional Services portfolio as the compelling choice for both existing clients and new prospects
Developing compelling Professional Services proposals, SOWs, and business cases tailored to client outcomes — including cost savings, FTE reallocation, DSO reduction, and working capital impact
Leading Professional Services discovery conversations to uncover scope, complexity, and investment requirements for automation programs spanning AP, AR, Payroll, and other enterprise functions
Articulating the value of Agentic Process Automation (APA) engagements to C-suite and operational stakeholders
Partner & Delivery Collaboration
Working cross-functionally with Professional Services Delivery, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure Professional Services scope is correctly defined, priced, and deliverable before commitment
Collaborating with strategic SI partners to co-sell and co-deliver Professional Services programs, defining clear accountability between partner and Automation Anywhere delivery
Ensuring smooth handoff from sale to delivery, with defined success criteria, KPIs, and governance frameworks established at deal close
Commercial Structuring & Deal Execution
Structuring Professional Services engagements commercially, including milestone-based, T&M, fixed-fee, and outcome-based pricing models
Navigating deal desk, legal, and approval processes for Professional Services investments, co-investment programs, and strategic concessions
Managing contract negotiations and SOW finalization in coordination with legal and finance teams
Tracking and reporting Professional Services pipeline, forecast, and bookings through Salesforce with accuracy and discipline
Customer Engagement & Thought Leadership
Serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them build automation business cases, prioritize use cases, and structure multi-phase delivery roadmaps
Representing Automation Anywhere Professional Services capabilities at industry events, QBRs, and executive briefings
Contributing to the development of Professional Services sales plays, competitive battlecards, and ROI frameworks for use across the North America field team
You will be a great fit if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus
10 + years overall work experience with 7+ years in Professional Services sales, solution selling, or Professional Services pre-sales within enterprise SaaS, automation, or digital transformation environments
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding Professional Services bookings targets in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Deep familiarity with the automation and RPA landscape — including Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or equivalent platforms
Experience selling alongside or through System Integrator (SI) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners, with a clear understanding of co-delivery commercial models
Strong ability to scope Professional Services engagements, develop SOWs, and build financial business cases aligned to client outcomes
Excellent executive presence and ability to engage VP/C-suite stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Finance
Experience working with Agentic AI, intelligent document processing, or complex APA use cases is a strong differentiator
Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting

The salary range or on-target earnings (base salary + on-target incentives) for this position is $195,000 - $215,000 a year. The salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
