We are seeking a highly motivated Information Technology Intern to join our IT team for the Summer. This is a full time, in person position in our Jeffersonville, IN facility. We are seeking a highly motivated Information Technology Intern to join our IT team for the Summer. This is a full time, in person position in our Jeffersonville, IN facility. The intern will work closely with our IT team members on developing and delivering data and solutions to drive business success. Support team members in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
Assist with user support and training
Provide support and problem resolution for end user computers and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
Develop and deliver valuable information to end users through reporting and analytics solutions
Perform regular software updates and patches
Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field at an accredited college.
Basic understanding of computer systems and networks
Familiarity with database technologies
Experience with application development
Experience with report development
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
