Greenway Health Director, Product Management - Patient Experience in US, United States

The Director of Patient Experience at Greenway Health is a senior product leader responsible for defining, building, and scaling Greenway’s next-generation, AI-native patient application—an integral component of the Novare EHR platform and a key driver of the company’s go-to-market differentiation. This role owns the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for a net-new patient experience focused on enabling seamless self-service across scheduling, check-in, payments, and communication, while delivering measurable value to healthcare practices through improved efficiency, reduced no-show rates, and increased patient activation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Product Vision, Strategy & Market Differentiation

  • Define and execute a compelling product vision and roadmap for Greenway’s patient experience application, aligned to Novare’s strategic objectives and market positioning.

  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

  • Establish and track success metrics, including patient activation, self-service rates and reduction in no-show rates.

Execution, Delivery & Operational Excellence

  • Own end-to-end product delivery for a 0→1 patient application, ensuring timely execution within current cost constraints.

  • Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver AI-embedded, scalable solutions

  • Balance speed, scope, and quality to meet critical go-to-market timelines tied to Novare launches.

  • Make informed prioritization decisions that align customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.

Business Impact & Go-to-Market Alignment

  • Ensure the patient application meaningfully contributes to Novare’s market differentiation and sales success.

  • Partner with go-to-market teams to support positioning, packaging, and launch strategies that drive adoption and competitive wins.

  • Serve as a key internal voice connecting product strategy to commercial success.

Leadership & Global Team Development

· Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of product managers across the U.S. and India

· Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability within the product organization.

· Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field

  • Master’s Degree preferred.

  • Ten (10)+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success leading product teams in the healthcare IT space, specifically within the ambulatory care market.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing high-impact product strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.

    Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Strong GM and business ownership mindset, with demonstrated P&L and KPI accountability.

  • Ability to connect product strategy to financial outcomes and customer value.

  • Demonstrated success driving provider adoption and engagement through workflow-centric design.

  • Excellent communication and executive-level influence across engineering, finance, and go-to-market teams.

  • Data-driven decision maker with the ability to define, measure, and act on business and product performance metrics.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making high-impact trade-offs.

  • Passion for transforming the clinical experience through intelligent automation and AI.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

  • While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday

  • This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard the majority of the workday

  • This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as incoming and outgoing communications via the computer and/or mobile devices

  • The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates
