Job Title: Installation Technician
Job Description
Provide professional installation services of our quality products, including garage cabinets, custom closets, floor coatings, and garage organization products. Perform all work safely to company standards and maintain a professional manner and appearance at all times. Present ideas effectively within the team and to customers. Establish and maintain effective working relationships. An active work pace in a small company offers variety and opportunities to learn, grow, and take on more responsibilities as you progress. Frequently lift 30 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 70 lbs. Experience using basic hand and power tools is required.
Responsibilities
Perform professional installation of garage cabinets, custom closets, floor coatings, and garage organization products.
Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards.
Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
Effectively communicate ideas within the team and to customers.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients.
Maintain an active work pace in a small company setting.
Essential Skills
Valid driver's license.
1+ year of experience with hand tools, power tools, level, and tape measure.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to collaborate within a team.
Professionalism and strong work ethic.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with epoxy application.
Ability to frequently lift 30 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 70 lbs.

Work Environment
All work is performed in a commercial or residential setting with a start time of 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Enjoy an 8-hour day shift with no weekend work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Urbandale, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
