General Duties:

·[        ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Work with Project Manager/Estimator to prepare projects to begin the bid process.

·[        ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Ensure all bids are processed and prepared accurately and submitted meeting all bid deadlines.

·[        ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Responsible for preparing all subcontracts and purchase agreements.

·[        ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Works closely with government agencies to ensure all details of contract are completed accurately.

·[        ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Process all billings/invoices for projects.

·[        ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Ensure all subcontractors are paid accurately and following contract specifications.

·[        ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Review job cost and sales and keep PM s and management informed of issues/deficiencies.
