As Key Account Manager you will define and execute a winning customer growth strategy, to continue to successfully drive and develop the Mdlz business with our key customers, reaching growth and profitability targets while meeting the needs and exceeding the expectations of our customers.

How you will contribute
You will:
Successfully lead and develop the business with your key customers to secure targets and deliver excellent, sustainable and profitable growth ahead of the category development with our loved brands.
Develop and nourish strategic customer relationships with key stakeholders across the value chain to deliver strong business results and become the go-to partner for sustainable category growth and impactful activations.
Develop and execute a winning customer growth strategy, focusing on joint value creation and securing best-in-class sales fundamentals, by turning insight into action in line with the local go-to-market strategy and the customer’s objective. This also includes leading and executing trade windows, commercial initiatives and field sales (where applicable).
Effectively collaborate internally across the value chain and proactively bring the outside in to ensure efficient operation and customer centric plans.
Responsible for delivering the yearly targets and continually optimize the use of resources to improve profitability and drive simplification.
Ensure operational excellence by securing forecast and invoice accuracy, general administration and reporting.
Contribute to the sales, and Mdlz, community by participating, contributing and leading relevant projects.
Contribute to a winning growth culture by demonstrating and leading the Mdlz values and behaviours.

What extra ingredients you will bring:
Experience from similar roles, preferably within FMCG.
Preferably a master’s or bachelor’s degree.
Proven track record of delivering impactful and sustainable results.
Analytic and strategic mindset, using data to drive insight to action.
Strong commercial mindset, focusing on joint value creation.
Strong ability to execute, from plan to implementation and follow up.
Efficient stakeholder management, internally as well as externally.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English & Swedish.
Comfortable with administration to secure operational excellence.
Extensive experience of working with data analysis (Nielsen, customer POS data).
Experience driving results via a field sales force.
Driver's license required.
