*Custom Glass Solutions in Upper Sandusky, OH is seeking a great person to join our IT team! *

This is a 100% onsite position, at our Upper Sandusky facility.  No relocation package is available for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers, storage, and network devices.
  • Endpoint Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of devices (laptops, mobile, tablets) including zero-touch provisioning, configuration baselines, and decommissioning.
  • Security & Patch Management: Execute centralized patching for OS and third-party applications across all endpoints to maintain security compliance.
  • User & Access Control: Administer directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD), manage user permissions, and handle escalated technical support tickets.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of system configurations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and change logs. 

*Optional Programming & Automation Duties *

  • Scripting: Use PowerShell to automate routine maintenance, system testing, and bug reporting.
  • *Application Support: *Familiarity with relational database technologies and Visual Studio programming languages a plus.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3--5 years of hands-on experience in system administration.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications: CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, or Cisco CCNA
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, the ability to work independently under pressure, and effective communication with non-technical stakeholders.
