Homsi Senior Care, LLC Sale Representative for home Care Services in Upper Marlboro, Maryland
Position Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential clients, referral sources, and community partners, with a specific focus on serving the veteran community. This role involves promoting home health care services, educating potential clients and their families, and ensuring that veterans receive the care they need. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, a strong understanding of the veteran population, and a passion for helping individuals receive quality home health care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase referrals and enrollments for home health care services, particularly among veterans.
· Identify and build relationships with key referral sources, including VA hospitals, veteran service organizations, long-term care facilities, and community groups.
· Educate veterans, their families, and referral sources about home health care services, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
· Conduct outreach activities, including in-person visits, presentations, and participation in community events targeting the veteran population.
· Maintain a strong understanding of VA benefits, home health care regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate and helpful information.
· Track and report sales activities, including leads, referrals, and conversions, using CRM software.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical staff and case managers, to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
· Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to expand home health care services within the veteran community.
· Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the organization.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Education & Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in home health care, healthcare services, or a related field.
· Experience working with veterans or selling services to the veteran community preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
· Strong knowledge of VA healthcare benefits and home health care services.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and referral sources.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
Abilities:
· Ability to travel locally for sales calls, networking events, and community outreach.
· Ability to adapt sales strategies to meet the unique needs of veterans and their families.
· Passion for serving the veteran community and improving access to quality healthcare.\

| Commission | 3% - 7% of service revenue (for initial period) |
