This is a high‑impact, client‑facing culinary leadership role responsible for driving innovation, elevating quality, and inspiring a diverse culinary team across a multi‑site portfolio. We are seeking an Executive Chef with a rich background in global cuisines, restaurant‑level craft, and contract foodservice execution — someone who brings creativity, cultural fluency, and operational excellence to every plate.
As the Director of Culinary Services, you will be at the forefront of hospitality, curating elevated dining experiences that reflect SodexoMagic’s commitment to excellence and our client’s world‑class standards. You will oversee kitchen operations, mentor talented chefs and cooks, and deliver premium culinary programs that consistently exceed expectations.
What You'll Do
Culinary Leadership: Drive premium culinary initiatives, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation across all dining programs.
Catering Excellence: Lead the planning and execution of high‑profile catered events, from intimate executive gatherings to large‑scale functions.
Menu Innovation: Develop creative, on‑trend menus that reflect diverse cuisines, dietary needs, and evolving guest preferences.
Team Collaboration: Partner with culinary, service, and operations teams to deliver a seamless, hospitality‑driven experience across the portfolio.
