Behavior Technician – Make a Daily Impact
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll play a meaningful role in supporting children and adults with special needs in school settings. You’ll work side-by-side with educators and behavioral specialists to help students build skills, meet learning goals, and navigate their day with confidence. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves helping others, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow in the fields of education, psychology, or behavioral health.
What You’ll Do:
Support students in reaching their academic, social, and behavioral goals
Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of school and clinical teams
Build positive, trusting relationships with students and staff
Help create a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred (school, childcare, ABA, or similar)
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
