Behavioral Technician (Behavior Aide/ABA Therapist)
Location: Upland, CA
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Compensation: $22-25/hr (depends on experience)
About the Role
We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Behavioral Technician to provide direct support to children and adolescents receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in structured environments, and wants to make a measurable difference in the lives of neurodiverse learners.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, and emotional regulation.
Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior and skill acquisition.
Support clients in home, school, clinic, or community settings depending on program needs.
Assist with behavior intervention strategies, including reinforcement systems and behavior reduction plans.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and consistent communication with supervisors and families.
Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred.
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly valued.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow clinical direction.
Patience, emotional resilience, and a supportive, calm presence.
Ability to lift or assist clients as needed and remain active throughout sessions.
RBT certification is a plus; training may be provided for the right candidate.
