Business Technical Program Manager
Your role:
Lead integral, complex programs (5+ years duration) from inception through implementation, ensuring outcomes meet organizational strategy, customer expectations, and compliance standards.
Championing customer success by embedding customer feedback into program planning and execution, ensuring program deliverables improve customer satisfaction, retention, and value creation.
Coordinate across business units, R&D, IT, clinical stakeholders, and external partners to align goals, manage interdependencies, and deliver seamless solutions.
Define and monitor KPIs, manage budgets, scope, and resources, and proactively mitigate risks and escalations to ensure consistent program success.
Implement advanced program management methodologies (PMBok, SAFe, Agile), driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and scalability in program delivery.
Mentor and guide senior program team members, developing leadership capabilities, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational vision, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Provide strategic insights, progress updates, and risk assessments to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and alignment with enterprise goals.
Apply technical expertise in PACS, interoperability, cloud adoption, SQL, and healthcare IT infrastructure to guide solution delivery and resolve complex technical issues.

You’ve acquired 8+ years’ experience at Philips working with the Cardiology Business on ISCV, XPER, IBE.
You have acquired the certifications below (highly preferred)
AWS Cloud Practitioner
ISCV Technical Training Program Certification
XPER Technical Training Program Certification
Comp TIA Security + or equivalent
You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or equivalent.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $106,000 to $171,000
The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $112,000 to $180,000
The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $118,000 to $189,000
The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $126,000 to $201,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
