Food Service Worker – 1st Shift | Weekly Pay | Stable Schedule

We’re hiring Food Service Workers to support kitchen operations in a structured, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve food in accordance with nutritional program guidelines
Portion meals accurately to meet required standards
Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils after each meal
Operate kitchen equipment including mixers, ovens, slicers, fryers, and dishwashers
Maintain cleanliness of floors, coolers, freezers, and workstations
Work alongside team members to keep operations running smoothly
What You Bring:
Previous food service, kitchen, or cafeteria experience preferred
Ability to follow strict safety, sanitation, and compliance guidelines
Comfortable working in a structured environment
Strong reliability and teamwork
Schedule:
Morning Shift Required
Every other weekend required
Holidays as scheduled
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 40 lbs with or without assistance
Stand, walk, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Important Notes:
Must follow all safety protocols and facility policies
Position is located on DJJ property
Will be working in the presence of juveniles assisting in kitchen operations

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
