Position Overview
Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Auto Shop Maintenance Representative to support our busy service department. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop environment while assisting technicians and service staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service bays and shop areas
Remove trash, fluids, and debris from work areas
Safely dispose of used oil, filters, tires, and other materials
Monitor and restock shop supplies (rags, fluids, cleaning products, etc.)
Assist technicians with moving vehicles when needed
Perform basic facility maintenance tasks
Ensure compliance with OSHA and dealership safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of customer-facing service areas
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles (preferred)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
