Position Summary
A career in General Office Support provides the opportunity to coordinate administrative activities across various offices and business units while delivering intermediate-level support to the Fleet, Warehouse, and Meter Reading departments. In this role, you help ensure that daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate administrative support across office and business unit operations
Support field operations, including timekeeping for field employees
Manage phones, mail, data entry, and file organization
Maintain payroll, PTO, and general administrative records
Process purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and track backorders
Handle vehicle-related documentation (titles, registrations, etc.)
Maintain fleet database and reconcile company credit cards
Manage supplies, reports, spreadsheets, and meter route assignments
Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Operations & Process Support
Follow and improve established processes and workflows
Support day-to-day office, facility, and business operations
Assist with tracking and completing internal projects
Work Expectations
Ensure accuracy and quality of work while following company procedures
Handle routine tasks independently; receive guidance on new assignments
Report to Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
Qualifications
Required Background
High School Diploma or GED
1–2 years of administrative or related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Workday, and standard office equipment
Strong organizational, data entry, and customer service skills

Compensation Range:
$21 - 33
We are committed to pay transparency and ensuring equitability compensation for all employees. The pay range for this position reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, bonuses, or other forms of compensation that might be part of the total compensation package. The specific salary offered will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, education, and experience.
