JOB REQUIREMENTS: HySafe is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join as a Outside Sales Representative, a critical role selling engineered fall protection solutions and developing strong customer relationships in a dynamic and growing market. WHAT THE ROLE DOES: Sell custom-engineered fall protection systems by thoroughly understanding the technical needs of each customer\'s unique opportunity. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Conduct site visits and review project specifications to qualify opportunities and design customized fall protection solutions. Communicate project details effectively to the engineering team using detailed forms, sketches, drawings, and photos to develop high-quality proposals. Manage a large sales pipeline, staying engaged with customers throughout long sales cycles. Expand sales territories by identifying new opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach. Become a fall protection expert, assessing fall hazards and recommending appropriate solutions by evaluating clearances, structures, and obstacles. Oversee the entire customer sales lifecycle, from initial contact to awarded proposal. Provide customer feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement. Develop and deliver sales presentations to showcase specific fall protection solutions and the company\'s overall capabilities. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum two years of experience in technical sales. Strong CRM skills; experience with HubSpot is a plus. Works effectively as a remote employee while staying engaged and collaborative with their team. Willing to travel up to 75% of the time for customer site visits and trade shows. Eager to learn about a new industry and put in the time to develop expertise. Comfortable selling in various environments, from boardrooms to industrial facilities. Experience in the construction field is a plus. Knowledge of the construction industry; familiarity with CAD drawings is a plus. Must be comfortable and confident working at heights, including climbing rooftops for onsite assessments. Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs. Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders. Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales. Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications. Answer customers\' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms. Arrange for installation and testing of products or machinery. Obtain building blueprints or specifications for use by engineering departments in bid preparations. Inform customers about issues related to responsible use and disposal of products, uch as waste reduction or product or byproduct recycling or disposal. Research and convey information to customers about tax benefits or government rebates associated with energy-efficient scientific or technical products, such as solar panels. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum two years of experience in technical sales.
