About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Reservations Agent (Saudi National Talent) to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Represent and champion the Jumeirah Brand by displaying all Hallmarks and promoting business values in all interactions
Proactively promoting all properties and services within the Jumeirah portfolio in a friendly, professional and efficient manner upselling where appropriate to achieve all revenue objectives
Achieve targets set by Jumeirah for revenue, quality, customer service standards and productivity
Achieve minimum standards related to external reservation audits for LQA, Forbes and IFH call standards
Proactively handle and resolve all market and segment channel related queries and escalations through all channels which may include Telephone, email & chat within agree response times
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
A service‑driven professional with 2–3 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality environment, preferably within a luxury 5‑star hotel.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective coordination with internal stakeholders including Front Office, Finance, and Food & Beverage teams.
Proven ability to interact professionally with guests, visitors, travel agents, tour operators, and DMC partners, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
Holder of a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field considered an advantage, and a genuine passion for guest experience excellence.
