As the Chef de Cuisine at Alila Villas Uluwatu, your objective is to redefine luxury through a 'Crafted, Conscious, and Connected' culinary lens. You will lead a world-class kitchen team to deliver bespoke gastronomic experiences that harmonize modern fine dining with authentic Balinese flavors. Your mission is to champion our 'Zero-Waste to Landfill' philosophy while curating deeply personalized dining journeys that reflect the architectural serenity and breathtaking cliff-side environment of our Uluwatu estate.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in 5-star or luxury resorts

  • Proficiency in Mediterranean cuisines

  • Ability to use software for inventory management, food costing, and menu printing

  • Ability to troubleshoot kitchen equipment failures or ingredient shortages without stressing the guests

  • The ability to be professional and friendly when spoken to

  • Fluency in English is usually required
