We’re searching for a Portfolio Manager to join our Workforce Professional Services team, so that we can deliver seamless implementations, drive client success, and build a high-performing consulting team. This role will focus on workforce transformation, helping healthcare organisations optimise rostering, scheduling and workforce management processes.The Portfolio Manager will own client relationships during services engagements, ensure successful project delivery, and lead a team of consultants to achieve quality outcomes and benefit realisation for clients while maintaining internal financial performance.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Delivering end-to-end solutions with continuous client engagement to ensure seamless implementation
Owning the implementation process from point of sale through to final handover
Collaborating with Customer Success to align on client objectives and solution builds
Driving adoption and value realisation post-implementation to embed solutions and deliver outcomes
Creating and maintaining project documentation to UK Services standards
Managing risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution
Ensuring all engagements are delivered on time and within budget
Partnering with Sales to set accurate implementation expectations during pre-sales
Assigning qualified resources to projects and monitoring availability
Tracking pipeline projects and flagging resourcing challenges proactively
Setting clear, measurable goals for direct reports and mentoring team members
Reviewing weekly utilisation reports and taking corrective action when needed
Maintaining project governance and acting as project code owner
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
Familiarity with RLDatix Workforce solutions or similar healthcare technology
Proven success in building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiences
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to a high standard
Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and talent development
Strong commercial awareness with understanding of budgeting and cost control
