Job Summary
The ideal candidate is a human‑centric product leader with experience managing complex, enterprise‑wide migrations balancing technical rigor, operational execution, and empathetic change management. You will partner closely with IT, Engineering, Security, HR, and business leaders to plan, execute, and optimize the migration journey end to end.
Key Responsibilities
Identify & Mitigate User Pain Points
Conduct deep‑dive discovery of the current end‑user (DFS) environment to identify friction points in the transition to Clients hardware.
Assess risks related to software compatibility, peripheral support, data migration, Citrix access, and end‑user workflows.
Translate insights into prioritized problem statements and mitigation strategies.
Migration Roadmap & Delivery Management
Define and manage a phased migration roadmap that balances aggressive timelines with productivity and business‑as‑usual needs.
Plan migration cohorts across multiple lines of business, ensuring sequencing minimizes operational disruption.
Own dependencies, timelines, and success metrics for each migration phase.
Technical Refinement & Readiness
Translate user needs and business requirements into clear technical requirements for engineering and IT support teams.
Partner with EUC, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure readiness of the “Golden Image,” deployment tooling, and support processes at scale.
Ensure pre‑migration validation, readiness checks, and cutover criteria are clearly defined.
Stakeholder & Change Management
Act as the central point of coordination across IT, Security, HR, Communications, and Business stakeholders.
Drive alignment on transition strategy, scope, velocity, and success criteria.
Develop change management approaches that build trust, clarity, and adoption across impacted users.
Strategic Escalation & Risk Management
Proactively identify blockers, risks, and technical challenges.
Escalate critical issues to leadership with clear, data‑backed options and recommendations.
Balance speed, quality, and risk mitigation to keep the program on track.
Required Skills
Large‑Scale Migration Experience: Proven experience leading enterprise hardware or software migrations impacting 5,000+ users, preferably in an M&A or corporate integration context.
Human‑Centric Problem Solving: Strong ability to identify user experience friction and design empathetic, practical solutions that minimize productivity loss.
Operational Process Design: Demonstrated experience designing and managing complex operational workflows involving both digital systems and physical logistics (hardware shipping, asset management, desk‑side support).
Data‑Driven Reporting: Proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Jira, Excel, or similar to track migration progress, success metrics, incident trends, and executive‑level reporting.
3+ years of product management experience or 3+ years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

Pay Details: $75.00 to $80.00 per hour
