Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting Product Manager opportunities in McLean, VA/Chicago, IL/ New York City, NY(Hybrid Role). Key Responsibilities

· Execute the target-state employee experience for the integration of two companies, with a strong focus on supporting employees through complex data migrations.

· Define end-to-end user journeys based on employee personas and translate those journeys into a prioritized backlog of work for cross-functional teams.

· Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, IT, Security, Legal, HR, and Operations) to define requirements, solve problems, prioritize features, deliver solutions, and assess risk implications.

· Provide comprehensive user support throughout the integration, including live troubleshooting, development of change management and communication materials, and leading training sessions to drive user adoption.

· Analyze user and system data to evaluate the effectiveness of the integration and inform data-driven decisions and improvements

Required Skills:

· At least 5 years of product management experience or at least 5 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

· Experience working in a highly regulated industry.

· Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale company integrations.

· Familiarity with the backend of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, particularly with data migrations between systems.

Pay Details: $85.39 per hour
