We are looking for an HR and Talent Management intern to support the organization for the summer.

The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting in high priority HR initiatives and programs
These responsibilities will include internal projects, group initiatives related to improving HR and talent management operations and the overall employee experience
Qualifications
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachlors degree
Preferred fields of study: Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or a related field of study
Strong working relationship and critical thinking skills
Strong analytical skills
Self-motivated with a strong work initiative and attention to detail
Customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use MS Excel and Powerpoint; database/or reporting software to do analysis a plus
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline and detailed-oriented work environment
Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
Demonstrated experience collaborating in a team environment
Passion for learning with a wide degree of creativity and curiosity
Abilities
Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.
