Description
Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our business data while offering the flexibility to work from home. You will be working Monday to Friday full time. This is the ideal opportunity for current college students or recent graduates seeking valuable, hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data into internal databases and spreadsheets
Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
Maintain organized electronic records for efficient retrieval
Assist with data clean-up and quality assurance projects
Practice strict confidentiality with all information handled
Collaborate remotely with team members to resolve discrepancies
Requirements
Prior experience providing great customer service
Prior experience with data entry
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
High typing speed and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Salesforce
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while thriving in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
