What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate and schedule ready‑mix concrete orders with accuracy and urgency
Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries
Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues or delays
Provide product information and support to customers in a professional manner
Maintain detailed and organized records of orders, changes, and delivery updates

Strong capability in customer communication and service within a fast‑paced environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Competency using computer systems, dispatch tools, and order‑entry software
Problem‑solving skills with a focus on collaboration and timely resolution
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering a positive customer experience
Work Environment
- Role operates in an office or dispatch setting with frequent interaction across operations, customers, and drivers

Competitive base salary, $22.54 per hour to $27.80 per hour.
