Micro Electronic Assembler (Microscope experience required) - Tyngsboro, MA
Job Description:
- Operates semi-automated micro electronic manufacturing equipment.
- Manipulation of fine wire coils using tweezers while under a microscope.
- Works with hand tools, epoxies and chemical solvents to assemble micro sized components.
- Self-monitoring of workmanship.
- Maintains travelers, logs and paperwork to track production progress and time.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidate must possess fine motor skills, good hand eye coordination and the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal work instructions.
- Ability to work with tweezers and other small hand tools.
- Good communication skills and be a team player.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Previous micro-electronics or small parts manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Previous assembly or machine operator experience is a plus
- A strong work ethic and attendance track record is required.
- Must have own transportation to and from work.
- English is required.
Hours are flexible: Shifts could be from 6:00am to 2:30pm, 7:00am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm.
