John Galt Staffing Manufacturing Inside Sales CSR in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts
Pay: \$24-27/hr\ This individual will be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the client. They will assist with orders, quotes, account questions, billing, cancellations and other customer queries.\ Responsibilities:\ - Generate internal quotation packages for submittal to manufacturing and sales departments for product pricing and lead time.\ - Generate and submit quotations for products to customers.\ - Receive and enter purchase order information into Microsoft Great Plains database.\ - Assist customers with order placement, refunds or exchanges. Provide customers with order acknowledgments.\ - Obtain customer information required for order placement.\ - Field customer inquiries and forward to appropriate department.\ - Assist Field Sales Manager & Manufacturers Reps with quoting and sampling activity as needed.\ - Manage internal quote database. Follow up with customers for order placement.\ - Work with customers to resolve purchase order issues.\ Qualifications/Experience:\ - Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook\ - Extremely well organized with the ability to multitask.\ - Ability to operate within defined processes and procedures.\ - Have excellent phone skills and computer proficiency.\ - Be able to work with minimal supervision and from verbal instructions.\ - Have a pleasant and professional demeanor.\ - Be punctual and dependable.\ - Strong adherence to company policies and procedures.\ - Experience with Microsoft Great Plains is a plus.\ - Associates degree or 3 years minimum experience in a customer service environment.\ Hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Candidates should be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident.
