FLEX-STAFF INC -MANITOWOC Machine Operator in TWO RIVERS, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Primary Responsibilities Monitor and maintain proper material levels throughout production Load, fill, and weigh materials to ensure consistent product quality Mix and manage production materials according to established procedures Adjust equipment settings to ensure smooth and efficient operation Complete production and shift documentation accurately Troubleshoot equipment issues and make routine machine adjustments Assist team leads and other operators with daily operations as needed Clean and maintain equipment to meet quality and safety standards Perform basic preventive maintenance Support bulk material storage and handling systems Operate additional equipment as needed to support production flow Cross-train to support leadership coverage and fill in for other operators when necessary ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused throughout the shift Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation Ability to identify potential issues early and address them before they impact production Dependable team player with a flexible, problem-solving mindset ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: manitowoc@flexstaff.com Apply Online: www.flexstaff.com Call For Appointment: 920-683-3000 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
