INTRALOX, LLC Senior Process Engineer in Twinsburg, Ohio
Duties: Develop new extrusion and injection molding processes for conveyor belts and systems. Monitor and validate existing processes, equipment and tooling to develop and execute continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements: Master's degree in Plastics Engineering, or closely related field. 3 years of injection molding experience, including a solid background in each of the following: root cause analysis methodologies; extrusion and/or injection molding process development and troubleshooting methodologies;?troubleshooting and problem solving solutions through the use of DOE, 8-D, or Six Sigma disciplines/methodologies; Thermoplastic Elastomer composite processing; Lean Manufacturing; KPI's for operations and implement tracking; capital projects budgeting, justification and planning; Manufacturing Execution systems; Auto CAD; SolidWorks; MS Office Suite 365; Power BI; Ignition SCADA; Visio; MS Project; SAP; Minitab; ISO 9001; ISO 14001. Demonstrated knowledge of parts prints, inspection procedures, Statistical Process Control (SPC), facilities equipment critical to process control, and Quality Measurement tools. Excellent communication (verbal/written) and relationship management skills.
