This position blends hands-on clinical work with administrative leadership. In the early phase, you will carry a meaningful group and individual caseload while strengthening systems and identifying opportunities for improvement. As census grows and infrastructure stabilizes, the role will shift toward increased supervision, quality oversight, compliance leadership, and program refinement.
You will help define what clinical excellence looks like in our organization.
Clinical Leadership Responsibilities
Oversee ASAM level-of-care determinations and continued stay reviews
Ensure treatment plans are measurable, defensible, and audit-ready
Provide supervision to licensed and non-licensed clinical staff
Serve as clinical decision-maker during escalated or high-risk situations
Participate in on-call rotation for clinical consultation
Strengthen relapse response protocols and promote consistency across teams
Administrative & Program Development Responsibilities
Refine and implement clinical policies and workflows
Maintain compliance with IDAPA, IBHP, Magellan, and 42 CFR standards
Prepare programs for audits, site reviews, and payer oversight
Monitor outcomes, documentation integrity, and incident trends
Develop scalable, trauma-informed systems that support both clients and staff
Collaborate directly with executive leadership on strategic growth
