U.S. Marine Corps HOUSING WAIT LIST COORDINATOR in Twentynine Palms, California
Summary You will serve as a HOUSING WAIT LIST COORDINATOR in the INSTALLATION SUPPORT DIRECTORATE of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR. Responsibilities You will be provide assistance and guidance to service members and their families for all matters pertaining to housing applications/entitlement and any other assistance. You will accept information and direct personnel to the appropriate Military Housing Office Specialist. You will assist service members and their families with completion of Housing paperwork/documentation. You will answer phone calls and answer questions from service members and their families. You will utilize basic office equipment and technology (fax, computer, printer, e-mail) to facilitate smooth operation of customer service. You will assist service members with Housing Check-in and Check-out process. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience in performing clerical or administrative tasks in an office environment, such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff; responding to routine inquiries either orally or in writing, to provide information or assistance; AND creating, maintaining, or organizing records in both electronic and physical filing systems.
