The CNA class is a 3-week class from 8:30 to 4:30 at our Glenwood Center in Florence, AL. The applicant receives $11.00 per hour while attending class. The only requirements are a high school diploma or GED and a clear background. Responsibilities
The Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA works alongside aLicensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality oflife by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will alsoensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highestquality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizesthe individual patients'/residents' needs and rights.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program andcurrent certification required
*Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language toensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors and respond totheir medical and physical needs.
