::: section The Tractor Assembler and Set-Up Technician is responsible for assembling, configuring, and preparing tractors and related agricultural equipment for customer delivery. This role ensures that all machinery meets manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements before leaving the dealership or service facility. :::

::: section - Assemble tractors and attachments according to manufacturer guidelines and technical manuals. :::
::: section - Perform set-up, adjustments, and calibrations to ensure optimal performance. :::
::: section - Inspect components for defects, damage, or missing parts before and after assembly. :::
::: section - Conduct pre-delivery inspections to verify safety, quality, and functionality. :::
::: section - Install optional equipment and accessories as requested by customers or sales staff. :::
::: section - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. :::
::: section - Document assembly work, inspections, and any issues found during the process. :::
::: section - Occasionally assist with loading, unloading, or delivering equipment to customers. :::
::: section Qualifications and Skills: :::
::: section - Basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system knowledge. :::
