Ford Audio Video Project Manager (AV/Security/Network) in Tulsa, Oklahoma
What You'll Do As a Project Manager at Ford AV, you'll oversee the full life cycle of your assigned jobs, ensuring success from initiation to closeout. • Lead Your Team: Mentor Job Superintendents, Installation Technicians, and Engineers to achieve project goals. • Drive Project Success: Oversee all aspects of project execution, including safety, specifications, budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with Sales or Estimating Teams: Support the pre-sale phase by providing estimation reviews, whether through direct sales collaboration or bid-driven opportunities. • Deliver Results: Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and exceed customer expectations. Qualifications • Hands-on experience in construction, A/V, or engineering. • Strong skills in leadership, communication (oral and written), time management, and problem solving. • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & project management software. • Knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations is a plus.
